A GCC is not required for any products manufactured before November 12, 2008.
Manufacturers will first be required to create GCCs for each product manufactured on or after November 12, 2008. The GCC lists the February 10, 2009 CPSIA requirements that are applicable to the product, and certifies that the product complies with those safety requirements.
GCC's for all of our products manufactured on or after Nov. 12, 2008 will be listed here in the coming weeks. We will send notice when they are available.
Complete test results for all products will be available upon request.
